I am a solo guitarist/singer playing an eclectic range including newer music from independent artists, to favorites from the 70s, 80s, 90s, as well as some old-time country standards. My goal is to reconnect listeners with songs from their youth while introducing them to great music they may have missed as they became busy with adult life. The selection of songs is refreshing and relatable, it isn’t the same classic rock other acts are playing or the more obscure deep-cuts only a hard-core musician can appreciate. Here are some comments about my shows: - From the owner of a smaller bar/restaurant - We love having Kampfire Radio because the performance is a perfect volume. People don’t have to shout to hear themselves, the staff isn’t leaving frustrated at the end of the night with a headache, and customers stay a little longer to have an extra drink because the music isn’t too loud like the other acts we hire. - From a patron of a larger outdoor venue – My husband and I are here with a few other couples who all have kids at home. When we go out without our kids we want to have fun but also relax and your show had perfect songs that made our evening great. - From a customer of a mid-size brew pub – That was a great show because you do a lot more than the musicians who just play an acoustic guitar and those acts tend to bore me playing songs I’ve never heard.
